Hi I had my first experience with the Chicago CTA earlier this year.After catching the Amtrak from near St Louis to arrive in Chicago Union station the two block walk to the nearest CTA station wasn't too bad as it wasn't raining.Having no idea on the cost or direction I needed to get to Chicago O'Hare airport I did how ever find the staff very helpful with directions and the train service adequate for a first timer.I'm sorry I can't comment on the bus service.
