What Coast Guard rating will give me hands on acces to driving small boat opperations?
Would this be considered a BM? I'm not looking to lay down primer, I'm looking at realsmall boat experience, how do I get here
BM. You'll get the real small boat experience, but yes, to get there, it will involve laying down some primer as well.
