Why are false teeth not made out of Stainless Steel?
For the molars it would be OK as they can not be seen. A set of steel molars could be fixed with screws into the bone so they could be standard sizes and cheap and easy to replace if needed
Actually in a way your answer is they already do but not of stainless steel but other metals. I have dental implants and my lower teeth are titanium with acrylic over it. My uppers are gold with porcelain over that. The screws to the bone would be dental implants which are made of titanium that bonds so strongly to the bone that it becomes part of the bone.
However this is NOT cheap nor is it easy as it takes someone with great skill.
