How long would a Great White shark live if placed in apple juice?

Assume a large tank with plenty of oxygen in the juice. To clarify: I won't actually be putting a shark in a tank of apple juice. This is more of a theoretical question that grew out of a weekend conversation with friends. Our best guesses ranged from between 5 to 15 minutes, with people guessing on the shorter end arguing that the chemical properties of the apple juice (e.g., lack of salt) would cause a quick death.

First of all, we "all"already knew that you were not really going to do it. You didn't need to make that clarification. Now he would live only until he died from lack of oxygen and salt about 5 minutes.
