What would the ballpark cost of a mechanic replacing a 1995 Buick Regal Custom's Power Steering cooler line be?
I would imagine the line itself is less than 20 bucks; however, the leak source is where the line connects rubber to steel. In addition, could it be spliced without replacing the entire line with new gas-line type hose and clamps? I'm more concerned about the overall cost though ...
Realistically it should be less than one hour labor and the cost of the hose should be around $ 20. I've done the job myself and spent less than 20 minutes.
